We're excited about our next pop up, at
Flirt Lash Lounge & Day Spa in Oceanside!
On Friday, 12/19, we'll be offering FREE 10 minute mini gentle vinyasa yoga classes designed get fresh energy flowing and reset your nervous system before the rush of the holidays.
These mini sessions are perfect way to
learn some basics about yoga and are beginner friendly!
The first class will start at 9:30 and every half hour throughout the morning. Our last class will be 12:00-12:10 pm.
What to bring:
bring a yoga mat if you have one, or you can borrow one of ours. Wear athletic or loose, comfortable clothing.
