Unlike traditional bootcamp-style workouts, Lift is not a cardio class. We focus on heavier weights and fewer reps, allowing you to build strength, increase lean muscle, improve bone density, and develop power while giving you time to focus on proper technique.

Perfect for beginners, we'll break down lifting fundamentals and weight selection so you can feel confident in the gym. Experienced lifters can continue progressing by increasing load, refining form, and working toward new personal records.
