We offer Heated (80F) and Non-Heated Sculpt classes.
Our Sculpt class is a dynamic and energizing 45 minute class that combines the elements of vinyasa yoga with strength training exercises using weights. This invigorating class focuses on building lean muscle, enhancing overall body strength, and improving flexibility. Through a carefully crafted sequence of yoga poses, cardio bursts, and resistance training, participants engage their core, sculpt and tone their muscles, and elevate their heart rate for a full-body workout. The addition of weights intensifies the practice, challenging participants to push their limits and achieve greater physical endurance. With upbeat music and a supportive environment, sculpt flow offers a unique fusion of yoga and strength training, empowering individuals to find balance, strength, and transformation on and off the mat. All levels are welcome.
