FAMILY HIIT CIRCUIT
(bring your kids along!)

Bring your kid along! This 30 minute Family Fit HIIT class is a bodyweight HIIT workout for parents AND children (0-10 year olds welcome; 2 kids max).

  • Offered every Wednesday at 9:30-10:00 am and Saturday at 11:00-11:30 am

Babies can relax in a carrier or car seat, while toddlers and older kids join the fun with playful movement modifications. Parents get a full-body strength and cardio workout—kids stay engaged, active, and smiling.

Each class ends with a short mindful bonding moment to help little ones learn the joy of slowing down after activity.

Perfect for parents who want to stay active without childcare while sharing the joy of movement with their kids.

Note: While we provide instruction and guidance, parents are responsible for supervising and engaging their children during class.
