MAT PILATES

Our Pre + Postnatal Mat Pilates class in Oceanside, serving North County San Diego, is a low-impact, strength-focused workout designed to support you safely through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and functional Pilates to help expecting and new moms build strength, stability, and confidence in their changing bodies.

Each class focuses on deep core engagement, pelvic floor awareness, postural strength, and glute and hip stability—key areas that support pregnancy, birth, and the physical demands of motherhood. Movements are intentionally programmed to reduce common discomforts like lower back pain, hip tightness, and pelvic instability while improving mobility and alignment.

This class is appropriate for all trimesters and for postpartum students returning to movement (with medical clearance). Props and thoughtful modifications are always offered to ensure a safe, supportive, and empowering experience.
