A DAILY 15 MINUTE GUIDED EXERCISE FOR 6 WEEKS
With a safety-first focus, our gentle classes are safe for c-section and labor recovery, including restorative movements, breathwork, and pelvic floor core activation, helping to restore strength, alleviate tension, and promote relaxation while honoring the body’s healing process.
Gentle, targeted exercises to rebuild pelvic floor core strength, improve awareness, and support healing, while focusing on breathwork and relaxation to foster overall well-being.
Walking meditations, deep sleep and nap inductions, baby bonding, nursing or bottle-feeding, and other mindfulness practices, designed to promote presence, relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional connection during the early postpartum journey.
Focusing on slow, deep breathing techniques to relax the nervous system, support pelvic floor healing, and restore energy, helping to create a sense of calm and presence during the early postpartum period.

Q: How will I access this program? A: The program is fully online, accessible via a private portal through our Walla site at www.surfsalutations.com/login. Once you sign up, you’ll receive instructions on how to log in and begin the course at your own pace.
Q: Is this program safe for those who delivered via c-section? A:Yes, our program offers modifications and guidance for vaginal deliveries and c-sections.
Q: Can I get refunded if I don't like the program? A: Due to the digital nature of the course, we offer limited refunds, within the first 3 days of purchase. Please contact us if you have concerns, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Q: Do I need any prior yoga experience? A: No prior yoga experience is required. The program is designed for beginners, with gentle movements and modifications to accommodate various fitness levels and postpartum recovery stages.

A: If you have specific health concerns or complications, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting the program. Q: How long is the program? A: The program is 6 weeks long, with access for a total of 10 weeks (70 days) to give you the flexibility to move at your own pace within the early stages of your fourth trimester.
Q: What equipment will I need? A: All you need is a comfortable space, a yoga mat, and some comfortable clothing. Optional props like cushions, blankets, or blocks can enhance your practice but are not necessary.
