Move with intention and confidence in this prenatal-friendly mat Pilates class designed to support your changing body. Strengthen deep stabilizing muscles, improve posture, and maintain core connection safely through mindful, low-impact movement. Each class focuses on breath, alignment, and control—helping you build strength in your glutes, hips, and deep core while easing common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and tight hips. Props and modifications are offered for every trimester, keeping your practice supportive, functional, and empowering.

Prenatal Mat Pilates classes are included in both Core studio memberships AND Family Fit memberships, so you can join us either way! Please note, you cannot bring other children to this class. Babies in bellies only. :)
