Surf Salutations is a local, mom-owned yoga and fitness studio in Oceanside, built to bring mindfulness and movement to the whole family—including the littlest members of our community.

We’re not just for adults. We support families at every stage, offering pregnancy- and postpartum-safe yoga, baby yoga, toddler yoga, kids yoga, and family-friendly fitness classes where parents can bring their children along.

We believe mindfulness should start early. Through yoga and movement, kids build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience in a fun, age-appropriate way—while parents connect with their children and other local families. All classes are non-religious and welcoming to everyone.

COME JOIN US FOR FAMILY FIT CLASSES

We’re excited to offer Family Fit—weekly classes designed for parents and kids to move together. No childcare needed.

​

All memberships and class packs include full access to every class we offer: Yoga, Sculpt, Mat Pilates, Strength, Fusion, Family HIIT, Kids & Baby classes, and our monthly Sound classes.

No separate pricing. No confusing categories. Just choose the option that fits your schedule.

 

Important details:

• Memberships and class packs can be shared with and used for your child

• Memberships and class packs cannot be shared between adults

• Kids are only allowed in Family Fit classes (filter by Family Fit on our schedule)

• Older toddlers/kids may not attend Baby Sculpt (this class is focused on the caregiver and uses babies as weights)

Family Fit classes include:

• Toddler & Me Yoga (1–5 years) – Mondays 10:00-10:30 am

• Mom & Grom Sculpt (0–1 year) – Tuesdays at 10:30-11:00 am

• Kids Yoga-HIIT (4–10 years) – every 1st Sunday at 12:00 pm​​
