PRENATAL YOGA

Our Prenatal Yoga Flow classes are currently offered offered twice weekly.​

  • Thursdays at 10:30 am – Prenatal Yoga (Vinyasa)

  • Sundays at 3:30 pm – Prenatal Yoga (Hatha)

 

Our Prenatal Yoga offerings provide a supportive and empowering journey through pregnancy, focusing on both your physical and emotional well-being. These classes are designed to help you build strength, maintain flexibility, and find moments of deep relaxation as you prepare for childbirth and motherhood.

Led by experienced instructors trained in prenatal yoga, each class honors the changes in your body and includes safe alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement.

 

Thursday Prenatal Vinyasa classes are a more flow-based practice that connect breath to movement in a smooth, continuous sequence. Ideal if you're looking for gentle energy, mobility, and a bit more dynamic movement.

Sunday Prenatal Hatha classes offer a slower, more grounding pace with longer holds, focused stretching, and mindful breath. Perfect for those seeking rest, relaxation, and a deeper connection to self and baby.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we welcome all levels and stages of pregnancy. Come move, breathe, and connect in community as we celebrate the beauty of this sacred chapter.

Prenatal yoga classes are included in both Core studio memberships AND Family Fit memberships, so you can join us either way! Please note, you cannot bring other children to this class. Babies in bellies only. :)
