Come celebrate Surf Salutations’ first birthday with us at the studio! 🎉 We’ve got an exciting day planned with fun activities, special classes, and giveaways to thank you for an amazing year of movement and community.

What to expect:

SILENT DISCO MOVEMENT classes! It's going to be a PARTY on your mat!

• 8:00 AM - SILENT DISCO POWER VINYASA YOGA

• 9:00 AM - SILENT DISCO SCULPT

• 10:00 AM - SILENT DISCO STRENGTH

Silent Disco classes are free for members or $10 to drop in for non-members. If you aren't a member, you can sign up via our schedule page and pay the $10 special drop in rate.

Other fun happenings at the celebration:

• An amazing North County local Acupuncturist, Savannah Cryer, will be joining us for ear seeding on site!

• We will have a temporary metallic tattoo bar

• Raffle prizes available for those who stop by

• Free coffee and kombucha on site

• Special giveaw

• Fun, socializing and mingling!
